If you wish to exchange or return your beautiful pieces, you can do so by filling out the official return request within 90 days after receiving your package. We would love to hear your honest feedback on the items, as it helps us improve 💌
Once your return request is approved, you will receive further instructions by email.
RETURN SHIPPING
Returns must be arranged and shipped back by the customer using a courier service of their own choice.
Return shipping costs and delivery times may vary depending on the courier service selected and the country/city from which the package is sent.
We do not provide fixed return shipping rates and are not responsible for the selection or pricing of the courier service.
If you would like an estimation of the return cost, we recommend checking the available courier services in your area to find the best option.
All return-related costs are the responsibility of the customer, including shipping fees and any customs duties or taxes that may occur upon arrival in Hungary.
Please note: if any customs duties or taxes are charged upon arrival, these costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.

Choose the item(s)
Select a return reason and add a note if you wish

Please make sure to include this phone number on the parcel, as it is required for delivery.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method, however this is not mandatory.
The responsibility of the return shipment remains with the customer until the package is successfully delivered to FANNA.
Important: Please send us your tracking number and link after shipping your return.
REFUNDS
Once your returned item arrives, it will go through a quality control process.
Returned items must be:
- unworn
- unwashed
- undamaged
- with original tags attached
Items that do not meet these conditions may be partially or fully refused.
If your return is accepted, the refund will be issued using the original payment method.
Please note:
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Refunds are based on the original purchase price (including sale items).
Any customs duties or taxes incurred upon return will be deducted from the refunded amount.
EXCHANGES / VOUCHERS
In the case of the product exchange, the return of the unwanted original item is obligated prior to the exchange. As soon as the returned items are received and inspected, FANNA will notify the returner of the approval or partial/entire rejection of the product exchange and a voucher in the price of the returned item(s) will be forwarded with no due date to be used upon the official site of the www.fannapolewear.com
Please note: in case of choosing a voucher the shipping cost will not be deducted from the final price.
DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If you received a defective item, please contact us before returning it.
In such cases, FANNA will cover the return shipping cost.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 30 days of receiving your order.
To exercise this right:
Submit your return request.
Send back the item within 9 days after approval.
Returns sent after this period may not be accepted.
Please note: personalized items are not eligible for withdrawal.
